Lead role in marketing communications initiatives (including PR, media, tradeshows, collateral development) aimed at the refinish target market through the delivery of impactful, strategic programs in support of segment goals and growth targets.
Manages communications to supports institutional priorities, executive and special projects, and crisis communications. Manages and mentors the corporate communications team professionals. Researches, strategizes and garners media opportunities with a priority on national media.
Collaborate with peers in Policy, Communications & Knowledge Analytics, as well as with staff from strategic services and programming teams to appropriately elevate the foundations funding strategies, programmatic priorities, grantees, and partners to priority audiences.
The Refinish Marketing Manager role is to provide marketing and communications related support and direction to the PPG Refinish organization consisting of all PPG Refinish departments, sales force as well as support external support as needed including jobber and body shops requests based on significant need.
