As a combination of customer experience and digital strategist, you will be part of the team that owns the product roadmap, and drive definition and priorities through to implementation. Leading cross functional teams, you will evaluate product enhancements based on impact, size, cost and other considerations.
Manage system events on multiple distributed systems including identifying incidents, determining root cause and restoring services. Provide management with timely and accurate updates throughout shift.
Maintains subject matter expertise in government programs enrollment and membership reconciliation rules and assists in the creation, implementation and monitoring of procedures and training that ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollments, disenrollments, plan changes, retroactivity, membership reconciliation, and error resolution related to Risk Adjustment Programs (RAPs) and Prescription Drug Events (PDEs).
