In this role, you will be responsible for applying engineering principles and analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products within our rubber to metal bonding area.
This is a key position on the management team for individual capable of developing quality systems from concept and implementing to scale. Ideal candidate should have experience with some of the following manufacturing or similar processes: mechanical exfoliation, liquid phase exfoliation, chemical exfoliation, intercalation, mechanical milling, vapor deposition, epitaxial growth, liquid chromatography, fluid bed drying, centrifugal separation, etc.
In this role, you will confer with planning & design staff concerning product design & tooling to ensure efficient production methods; also with vendors to determine product specification and arrange for purchase of equipment/materials/parts, & evaluate products according to specs and quality standards.
