In this role, the selected candidate will ensure State and Local taxes are appropriately withheld for hires, associate changes and position changes; ensure required associate tax forms are collected and retained.
The Sr. Payroll Specialist will manage the payroll calculations and processing for four payrolls. Computes and disburses wages and salaries, deductions, taxes and other withholdings. Posts payroll data and prepares routine reports and/or payments to government agencies, insurance companies and others.
In this role, you will maintains an assigned base of payroll clients, provides customer service support and resolves client issues and concerns, establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients.
The successful candidate will help this globally distributed organization by owning the responsibility for accurate and timely processing of payroll, administration of health benefits for new hires and existing team members, assisting in the processing of vendor invoices, create periodic forecasting for benefits cost changes, and oversee calculation and payment of sales' commissions.
