In this role, you will be responsible to develop and execute a sales and marketing plan for key accounts that meets or exceeds sales and margin targets. Work closely with the various departments in the marketing industry nation wide to ensure the accurate execution of sales orders and account activity.
The individual in this role will be primarily responsible for serving and supporting our customers though effective use of superior customer service that meets each customers unique set of delivery and product requirements.
As a Branch Sales and Service Representative, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities including teller transactions, cross-selling bank products and developing referral opportunities. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based in Lansing, MI at the Edgewood branch.
In this role, you will establish a customer base in which to promote and solicit new, diverse, on-going business by calling on regular and prospective BS&C customer base via phone, email and in person throughout assigned territory to solicit orders and close sales; may also require compilation of lists of prospective customers from various sources to use as sales leads.
The Account Executive will assist in the day-to-day management of account. This includes providing strategic input, gathering competitive information, opening and maintaining jobs and timelines, securing both clients and supervisors direction for initiating the job and assist with monthly traffic procedures.
