The Application Developer will focus on the developing, producing, implementing, documenting, maintaining, and supporting systems, purchased technology solutions, and/or operating systems and related software.
Developing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting applications to support core insurance systems (Guidewire), supporting applications (document imaging, Thunderhead document production, etc.), or other internal systems (intranet based applications, corporate website, mobile app, etc).
Lead in the design, development, deployment and support of software components, and software solutions for business units and/or enterprise level projects in the Microsoft .NET environment for multiple platforms.
The Application/Software Developers are involved in the full system life cycle and therefore are responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing and supporting application/integrating software solutions that are delivered on time and within budget.
The Android Application Developer is responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing software systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will generate complex application code that is traceable to technical specifications; works closely with a Web Designer to translate high-level Web page designs into views that fit into the C# MVC architecture.
Participates in the development of technology solutions which implement standards and performance requirements to maximize reliability, functionality, and integrity while minimizing costs and cycle time.
In this role, the selected candidate must be xperienced with CSS frameworks such as (specifically Bootstrap but not a requirement); familiar with CSS Pre-Processors (specifically Less but not a requirement).
