The Director of Sales will be a key member of the executive staff at Western Enterprises. The individual will be responsible for leading and managing all global sales activities, this is a highly visible role where the successful candidate must be a passionate and proactive visionary in driving the adoption and value of the companys products.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop, review and revise protocols, case report forms, training materials, project specific tools, analysis plans design, clinical trial reports and new drug applications.
In this role, the candidate will assist with operational/project management as needed. This includes: community outreach for care coordination teams, previous implementation of project BOOST, PASS, MISTARR, and care transitions.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead Medical Affairs activities surrounding the development and launch of new products; develop product launch plans and manage medical education measures for KOLs, Healthcare professionals, physicians, prescribers, providers, patients, and payors.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing program direction for McLaren-Flint Graduate Medical Education (GME), Continuing Medical Education (CME), Research Institute, and Medical Library.
In this role, you will be responsible to provide mentoring to and responsible for the supervision, career development and evaluation of Clinical Research Physicians, Associate Medical Directors, Medical Directors and Senior Medical Directors.
