The Human Resources (HR) Compliance Officer oversees the Human Resources Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective body that audits, evaluates and implements required Human Resources compliances within the organization. The position ensures the Board of Directors, management and employees are following the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies.
This position will serve as the primary HR coach and consultant at a local level, with an emphasis on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and talent acquisition, talent management and training.
The HR Generalist provides consultation and/or facilitation in the development, implementation, monitoring and coordination of human resources functions (e.g. FMLA, STD/LTD/WC, Training, New Employee Orientation, policy review and development) for assigned state agency.
