The HR Generalist provides consultation and/or facilitation in the development, implementation, monitoring and coordination of human resources functions (e.g. FMLA, STD/LTD/WC, Training, New Employee Orientation, policy review and development) for assigned state agency.
Delivers HR Services HR components and makes recommendations to clients regarding benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and information systems. Manages client activities and on-site visits to create and develop strong business relationships, retain clients, ensure quality service, and build revenue. Responsible for both ASO and PEO clients.
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for company personnel assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains company organization charts, employee directory, employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
