Sales Operations Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Sales Operations function; manage assigned accounts including sales, pricing, marketing and planning.
In this role you will prepare and present an annual sales plan to management, with periodic updates as requested or as necessary. The plan must identify specific actions necessary to achieve sales goals.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience managing a pharmaceutical specialty sales team (i.e.: oncology, cardiology, cardiovascular, neurology, cns central nervous system, rheumatology, respiratory, diabetes, rare disease, etc.)
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to maintain a thorough understanding of the automotive industry including industry trends, business processes, performance indicators, and key client competitors.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for determining the overall strategic direction, including the financial performance, of its assigned territory in meeting and/or exceeding its annual targets.
In this role, you will develop key relationships with customers through the following methods: prospect and cold call generation, frequent follow up, utilize strategic questioning, and drive to root issues to identify customers needs.
