The Data Scientist is responsible for litigation analysis, benchmarking of product liability claims, plaintiffs attorneys, and defense attorneys, and identifying emerging vehicle issues within the privileged legal database and the safety databases by analyzing, mining, and monitoring relevant data.
The Chief Data Scientist is responsible for applying innovative thinking and quantitative analysis techniques to build sophisticated models that use data to help the organization learn, grow, and accomplish goals. The person in this role will interface with Credit, Sales, Marketing, Operations to improve customer acquisitions, speed of approval, customer service, lending decisions, fraud detection, etc.
In this role, you will develop models to support forecasts and scenario analyses for demand, pricing, volume, and product and technology development with considering the macroeconomic and automotive environment.
The analyst will have significant autonomy in conducting research and selecting modeling methodologies. Research and apply the latest quantitative techniques toward the solution of important business problems.
