Ensure all financial controls are in place for general, property and cost accounting, internal auditing and budget to enable company to meet current goals and objectives as well as make sound business decisions regarding future growth.
The Divisional Controller will play a pivotal part in the companys plans for expansion by bridging the gap between the Division and the Corporate HQs to create a unified goal. The individual will be responsible for leading the budgets and forecasts division-wide to achieve overall improvement. The Divisional Controller will help create all models and ensure all finances are in compliance. The Divisional Controller will report to the Corporate Controller and serve as the figurehead for the Division.
The Corporate Controller position owns and is responsible for the accounting strategy and operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
The Assistant Controller is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting; this position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
Work in cooperation with the operations staff to ensure that daily and strategic decisions are financially judicious by working with managers on all levels. As a member of the senior management team, to ensure strategic business decisions are consistent with the Companys financial goals and objectives.
