Oversee the development of Lean and Quality Systems and procedures for a lower tier automotive supplier manufacturing specialty "Goop" that goes to the customers molding plastic products which is then sold the automobile manufacturers looking for radio and shifter knobs and plastic dashboards.
Provide technical expertise for all aspects of Lean manufacturing processes to drive and implement best practices; implement, maintain and continuously improve the quality, cost and delivery systems in operations and overall plant efficiency.
In this role, the selected candidate will define the To-be state of business process and workflow as expected by customer (user and IT teams) along with thought leadership inputs, refinements and improvements which will help the customer to achieve objectives faster and in efficient manner.
Process improvement and production support to Manufacturing Facilities through the company; responsible for improving manufacturing reliability, building employee capability, and creating operational stability.
As a Quality Manager- you will be the regional representative of a Global Quality Organization. You will also lead and support the technology and logistic platform actions in order to ensure quality standards compliance, product quality objectives and process improvements.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze, design, develop and document technical solutions using proper coding standards and development techniques; work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure timely deliverables.
