In this role, you will research, develop and recommend compensation policies and procedures. The selected candidate will manage the market data process including gathering, submitting and analyzing data.
In this role, you will prepare spreadsheets by researching appropriate data sources and populating salary survey data; including updating master models annually, inputting data from salary surveys, and ensuring accuracy of information and formulas.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Total Rewards Benefits, its AoE Leaders and Consultants, and the Associate Resource Center in the design, development and delivery of programs and services intended to meet the needs of the UEM.
