The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivery of patient care and teaching through nursing process. The Registered Nurse directs and guides activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing, and the established polices and procedures of the organization.
With direction from the Operations Manager, this RN will be responsible for facilitating and collaborating with the pre-admission testing departments, procedural scheduling and education of patients, and will assist the physicians and physician assistants with the care of patients before, during and after the office visit.
In this role, you will assures clients goals are achieved, including monitoring related tracking and reporting of pharmacy and care management programs. Interprets data/reports to trend clients medical utilization, clinical outcomes.
In this role, the selected candidate will reinforce treatment expectations established by the physician and review potential product benefits and side effects; provide patient education on IV infusion expectations.
In this role, you will provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.
In this role, you will deliver educational support to identified patients, Healthcare Professionals and to other office staff within primary care and specialist facilities in the field of a designated disease state in order to meet all relevant standards as set by the company and Nurse Manager.
