In this role, you will be responsible to participate in the planning of personnel safety and protection activities consistent with osha/iosha and regulatory agency standards and guidelines and ensure all reporting associates are trained and comply.
In this position, you will design and perform vehicle tests and will verify control system performance and robustness. You will use design/perform system calibration methods, and will follow defined software development/documentation steps. These activities will be done in close collaboration with Development team, who youll also represent to the customer.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzes and designs new products with the ability to mitigate the effects of thermal, mechanical stresses and vibration present in the customer's applications through innovative design approaches.

The successful candidate is responsible for collaborating with Process Engineering, Environmental, Inspection, Rotating Equipment, Electrical and Controls groups on design issues as well as operations on facility start-up. Also required is technical support in the areas of instrumentation and electrical for projects assigned to other engineers.
In this role, you will collaborate with senior managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives. Investigate improvements in the design or engineering capability of existing products.
The System Requirement Engineer will work in the Magna organization across product lines. The System Requirements Engineer will work through the Magna matrix organization, interfacing with electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, suppliers, purchasing, manufacturing, test engineering, quality and sales, to gather customer and internal requirements for the product team.
