The Business analyst/consultant, will play the role of a domain/functional expert and will be the customer facing member of a global IT application development team. S/he will carry out business blueprinting exercises and support the development team to ensure realization of business objective.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs; formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective.
Performs facilitation processes to drive out requirements from all levels of business and technical clients using group and collaborative methods in order to ensure that the systems meet the short and long term business goals for the company.
The Business Process Implementation Analyst will be expected to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and designing solutions that meet business requirements, as well as supporting, maintaining and enhancing existing solutions by using Microsoft Office Desktop tools: Excel, MS Access database and SharePoint 2010
Assist site in the monthly and quarterly close process for operational review and accuracy; prepare and assist with forecasts and budgets as required, including being able to forecast a full balance sheet, departmental expenses and completion of supplemental information.
This individual will be a key member of our team delivering Process Analysis and Optimization solutions for our clients. We expect this individual to provide specific functional expertise and experience with health insurance processes.
Develop and manage business analysis phase/stage plans (i.e., major activities, activities, tasks, milestones, schedule, resource allocation); lead and direct small, medium and large business line teams in medium to large projects.
Work with call center leadership team to increase employee productivity by monitoring real-time adherence and metrics and opportunities to improve overall accuracy and productivity through system enhancements, automation of tasks and/or process improvement.
