Drafting and negotiating commercial license agreements, confidentiality terms and conditions and other required binding agreements for b2b products and services, including data and other information, software, web-based solutions and professional and consulting services.
The Assistant Prosecuting Attorney provides coverage for his/her assigned court as well as backup coverage for other courts; he/she will review and prepare cases, subpoena necessary witnesses for hearings, oversee discovery compliance, prepare and file motions, respond to motions, and meet with victims/witnesses/officers.
This is an excellent position for someone who can negotiate with people and get tasks done. You will spend a great deal of time on the phone. Most of our cases settle before any litigation begins. You will not spend time drafting briefs or motions. A candidate with a business background would be a good fit for this position.
This Attorney will have significant client contact, and will have the opportunity to handle depositions and courtroom work in sophisticated cases, primarily in products liability and general commercial litigation.
Manages diverse profile of litigation matters for the Company, including oversight of outside counsel, handling discovery, witness preparation, review of motions and other pleasing and managing litigation hold processes.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for identifying applicable laws, assessing them, and then counseling client on compliance of its programs and procedures with state and federal consumer credit and lease laws and regulations, including reviewing state and federal legislation.
