In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate and supervise clerical/secretarial support function for assigned group. May include one or more of the following: interview, hire, train new employees; review performance/recommend wage increases; schedule and assign work, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other support staff.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to: ordering of departmental office supplies, travel arrangements, departmental announcements, correspondence, expense reports, vacation schedules, and mail distribution.
