The successful candidate will oversee 15+ reps who sell Data Center Integration and Infrastructure, IT Operations Analytics and Process Automation solutions to Federal agencies and corporate accounts; execute sales campaigns, sales strategy, forecasting, training and manage inside sales team.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring and leading consultative sales, strategic account planning, strategic account management, multi-stakeholder complex sales, solution sales, negotiation, territory management, value based selling, networking, new market penetration and growth strategies.
In this role, the selected candidate will interface with Business Development, Marketing and others regarding lead generation and management; development and management of channel and partner strategies and programs.
This position is responsible for IT analysis, strategic planning, development and implementation of policies and procedures for the organization; ensuring goals are in line with company goals and objectives.
In this role, you will communicate and maintain the corporate technology architecture for production technology systems and ensure the architecture can support the growing and changing needs of the business.
