The Vice President of Leadership and Development is responsible for the alignment between business leaders and HR partners in the creation and execution of key talent development strategies. As the champion of talent development, the role will partner to lead all talent-related development activities including the design, development and delivery of learning and development solutions, leadership programs and succession planning.
The role is technology leadership; and the VP of IT must be able to coordinate & implement the technology plan and path for the company. The VP of IT will also be directly and indirectly responsible for some hands-on technical administration.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring and leading consultative sales, strategic account planning, strategic account management, multi-stakeholder complex sales, solution sales, negotiation, territory management, value based selling, networking, new market penetration and growth strategies.
In this role, you will lead the customer acquisition marketing team in leveraging advanced analytics and CRM to optimize acquisition and spend across all channels, continuously test / measure / learn mindset deeply grounded in analytics.
The Vice President will be responsible for managing the profitability of all local and dedicated operations, the utilization and daily revenue of all trucks associated with the operation, the productivity of drivers, and the on-time service demands of each customer.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for equitably assigning sales force quotas and ensuring Datameers financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources through the quota program.
In this role, you will ensure that the induction and training of new employees supports the achievement of quality goals. In addition, ensures that existing employees receive refresher training to maintain adherence to quality systems and procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will be the cross functional liaison for DC organization as it pertains to corporate initiatives; create and/or support policies, practices and procedures designed to sustain company objectives.
