This role provides inside engineering support for the sales force of the Strategic Accounts business within the company, working with only the largest and highest priority commercial HVAC customer accounts to provide specifications and systems solutions.
In this role, the selected candidate will aggressively sell to current clients while pursuing retention and growth strategies that includes identifying new opportunities and applications for the companys line of products.
In this role, the selected candidate will support business growth initiatives through product design, evaluation, and qualification activities; act as the primary technical coordinator for all aspects relating to assigned film customers.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with medium to enterprise level clients in a variety of industries in order to drive technology solution sales.
In this role, you will be responsible for
providing sales call follow-up and proactive account management of the resulting technical relationship with prospects and customers to close deal. This includes keeping account information up to date in Arbor CRM and tracking system, attendance at all sales, sales engineering, and product management meetings;
In this role, you will work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
In this role, you will collaborate with Global Service delivering product support for Life Science systems by: providing escalation management, training field specialists, and instructors in support of new product launches.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage day-to-day activities as a member of customer teams. Assist other Application Engineering team members, Fleet Managers, Regional Managers, Product Engineering and Operations within company.
