This role provides inside engineering support for the sales force of the Strategic Accounts business within the company, working with only the largest and highest priority commercial HVAC customer accounts to provide specifications and systems solutions.
In this role, the selected candidate will aggressively sell to current clients while pursuing retention and growth strategies that includes identifying new opportunities and applications for the companys line of products.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage day-to-day activities as a member of customer teams. Assist other Application Engineering team members, Fleet Managers, Regional Managers, Product Engineering and Operations within company.
In this role, you will be responsible for
providing sales call follow-up and proactive account management of the resulting technical relationship with prospects and customers to close deal. This includes keeping account information up to date in Arbor CRM and tracking system, attendance at all sales, sales engineering, and product management meetings;
