In this role, the selected candidate will be making daily rounds of all residents, administering and charting all medications on shift, as directed by the physician, participating in change of shift reports, acting as liaison between the physician, family and other departments in the community.
In this role, the successful candidate will provide an effective and comprehensive discharge process in order to increase resident success in the home, increase resident satisfaction, and decrease hospital readmissions.
The RN UNIT REGISTERED NURSE delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
As a Staff Registered Nurse (Hemodialysis RN) you see your patients three to four times each week for a few hours at a time; while they receive their treatments. The dialysis lifestyle can be very trying for our patients. By forming relationships with them, our nurses understand each patient's unique needs and help ease some of their burden.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform at a competent level of nursing practice and according to the standards of practice for the area; perform patient care and service through a multidisciplinary team approach.
