This position is for a hands-on experienced RF/MMIC engineer with solid state design of power amplifiers and TRMs for active array applications. The primary role is the analyses of RF amplifier architectures, simulations linear and saturated FET designs, evaluates technologies (GaN, GaAs, HBT, etc), trade studies, and requirements development within SWaP constrained systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for creating and supplying cell site translations; running EME analysis and performing field visits to evaluate search area candidate as necessary.
