Design experiments to reflect both small and large - scale manufacturing systems. Author experimental plans, experimental reports and trial authorizations. Execute experiments, plant trials and plans for improving the processes at the site.
The Process Engineer will work with various levels of the company and have responsibilities for the following areas: product/process improvements, effective cost reduction activities, new product development support, and daily support for process troubleshooting and product quality.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage and observe contract employees, process analysis, and oversee capital projects; system modifications, change controls, electrical controls, electrical design, and AC/DC.
The process engineer is responsible for leading the successful implementation of multiple initiatives for the development, design, validation and project management of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes including new equipment procurement through installation, process conversions, process equipment lifecycle, all that meet quality and regulatory compliance requirements of pharmaceutical operations.
The Engineer is responsible for the ongoing technical and process engineering support of products manufactured in the manufacturing operations, along with process engineering initiatives with new equipment.
