The Regional Field Operations Manager (RFOM) will manage a group of Field Operations Managers (FOM and/or FOM Sr.) and has the potential to manage other positions such as Technical Trainers, Personnel Manager, and Service Manager depending on changing client scope of work and geographical location of positions.
Assist the General Manager in the administrative duties such as processing and managing Purchase, Requisitions, Employee applications, Personnel and Payroll forms, Personal injury and Accident reports etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan and allocate staff resources to projects to provide subject matter expertise and apply critical and strategic thinking while developing solution alternatives that achieve the value expectations of the business areas.
This individual will be responsible for all manufacturing operations. Primary measures of performance will be customer service, on-time delivery, lead times, manufacturing costs, degree of associate involvement, safety, quality, and housekeeping.
This position is responsible for ensuring the success of show and event productions by managing the technical and personnel aspects of the Production department and the entire Venue (supporting & collaborating with the GM, Talent buyer and Special events Manager) with thorough & detailed preparation.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide day-to-day leadership and overall guidance to production professional staff and ensure high standards of safety and environmental performance while delivering against production cost, quality and schedule objectives.
