The Technical Manager is responsible for the leadership of an in-home technical workgroup to achieve business results and goals; reviews customer metric data and develops plan to improve satisfaction levels.
The Field Operations Manager (aka Field Director or FD) position will be responsible for the management and administration of general business operations of an assigned geographic territory for the Credit Balance Resolution business unit.
This position will focus on supporting the analysis of product flow and identify bottle neck and de-bottle neck to increase throughput year over year, support EPS operations to rapidly implement and/or continuously improve usage of the stability tools (TPM, Kaizen, Daily Management, Communications, Suggestion System, Reward & Recognition and Problem Solving) or any other tools supporting standard practices deployment prioritized according to their impact to EPS P&L.
This position is directly involved with strategic placement of planned maintenance for all site departments. As such, the position interfaces with numerous site departments to determine optimum scheduling of work (both on-line and outage) to achieve improved plant performance and reliability.
The Regional Field Operations Manager (RFOM) will manage a group of Field Operations Managers (FOM and/or FOM Sr.) and has the potential to manage other positions such as Technical Trainers, Personnel Manager, and Service Manager depending on changing client scope of work and geographical location of positions.
