The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible to support the Global HR Solution as well as HR processes and automation that support the business. This position will be responsible to support the annual HR business processes as well as specific projects.
The Sr HR Assistant is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides Human Resources support to our fulfillment centers. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
In this role, you will monitor local employee relations in order to identify actual or developing trends, issues or problems, and assists local corporate management, plant HR, and plant management with addressing the issues.
In this role, the selected candidate should be able to understand customer requirements and write functional/technical specification documents for RICEFs; should be able to work with Interfaces to third party systems.
