The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our initiatives around flexible fulfillment centers. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for development of all human resources activities related to employee relations, compensation, recruitment, training, benefits administration and employee services, according to division objectives and government regulations.
In this role, you will provide guidance to managers and employees regarding westrock policies/practices, administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience in broad based HR compensation, recruitment, organizational development, employment law, planning, employee relations, safety, employee engagement & development, and more.
The Field HR Manager is an employee champion providing support for an assigned area regarding all HR initiatives.This role partners with the business to counsel on and drive strategies that impact our employees.
