In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and supervising an engineering team that is skilled and knowledgeable in manufacturing technology; Developing a staff skilled in tooling, manufacturing engineering, methods and processes, cost estimating, maintenance supervision and quality control.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a sound knowledge of end-to-end development of software products, SDLC from requirement analysis to system study, designing, coding, testing/system testing, de-bugging, documentation and implementation as per industry standard requirement recommendations such as ASPICE/ISO 26262.
This includes identifying manufacturing needs, defining scope, measuring and reporting progress on all active projects.In addition, the CI Manager will be responsible for training and educating associates, and teams, on innovative thinking and questioning of established practices.
Responsible for the successful development and execution of specific OPEX/Lean Manufacturing projects, such as internal and external Kanban, TPM, SMED, one-piece flow production, constraint management, and workplace organization.
