The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for ensuring that technical planning and implementation of enterprise level internal systems/software platforms and associated data and reporting deliverables meet internal operational process and workflow needs and, ultimately, client business execution and reporting objectives.
The Business Analyst effectively facilitates the gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business requirements in the revenue business lines s/he supports; leads and directs business teams in medium to large projects creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
Acts as a liaison between the business, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants and end users in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of the solution to ensure optimal performance.
The Analyst will have a core skill set in business intelligence and reporting (what do we need, where can we get it from, how can we verify data quality) and analysis (design and execution of Excel/ Power-pivot-based analyses that translate business insight needs into thoughtful analysis). Ability to create dashboards to report results and findings.
As the Sales Analyst you will be an integral part of the Revenue team, working closely with the Director of Sales. You will collaborate with our Sales team members to develop, analyze, and pull strategic insights on Revenue metrics and trends.
Assist external and internal customers with enrollment related inquires; assist in New Group Implementation; auditing Records; Review and process enrollment questions and appeals per the Plan Document.
Work with the user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications; uses scenarios to assist the end user in acceptance testing.
Provide remote software support, installation, and configuration for customer facing systems; manage project schedules and support ticket escalations; pursue training as necessary to maintain industry recognized certifications.
The Business Analyst reports to the Director of Decision Support, and responsible for developing and managing systems and processes to gather, analyze internal data and produce organizational performance dashboards.
