The Facility Engineer communicates effectively and professionally in both written and verbal communications with internal customers, vendors, and contractors. The Facility Engineer interacts with all levels of management, crafts, multiple customers and scientific personnel.
Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are on target for the operation, such as warehouse misses, on time shipments, shipment defects, aged tasks, and production levels per hour, and cost per order line.
Implements, directs, adheres and ensures compliance to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, company values and code of conduct and manages activities for the recruitment, and
