The Regional Field Operations Manager (RFOM) will manage a group of Field Operations Managers (FOM and/or FOM Sr.) and has the potential to manage other positions such as Technical Trainers, Personnel Manager, and Service Manager depending on changing client scope of work and geographical location of positions.
This position is directly involved with strategic placement of planned maintenance for all site departments. As such, the position interfaces with numerous site departments to determine optimum scheduling of work (both on-line and outage) to achieve improved plant performance and reliability.
In this role, you will support and promote an understanding and alignment of various initiatives in alignment with CTPs strategy; and ensures appropriate focus of resources, priorities, and accountability.
