Review task statements, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure accuracy and compliance with NAVSEA direction and report discrepancies/non-compliance issues to the Government for action.
The Compensation Analyst works closely with HRIS to ensure compensation related actions are updated and appropriately reflected in the SAP database and serves as an information source regarding pay practices and policies.
