The selected candidate will work with customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues.Interface with our world-class support, development and SQA teams to identify and to resolve product issues.
In this role you will be expected to stay current with vendor-specific technical certifications in order to make appropriate recommendations to customers on the configuration and design of system solutions. You will promote product awareness and provide pre-sales technical support including phone support, system diagrams, proposals, and training in order to grow the sales.
