Analyzes voice; video; radio-frequency; and/or data communications networks; including planning; designing; evaluating; selecting; and upgrading operating systems and protocol suites and configuring communication media with concentrators; bridges; and other devices.
This position is to resolve priority/urgent networking issues across the Stewart organization. To work with other team
members to diagnosis and troubleshoot problems that occur within the network infrastructure, offer advice and guidance
to design, implementation and growth for the infrastructure.
Provide high-level technical support for voice and data network systems, creates and maintains network documentation, maintains hardware and software standards, and works projects as needed in order to upgrade to new and/or improved communication equipment and procedures.
The Senior Telecommunications Network Engineer, Enterprise IT Infrastructure Services, is the senior technical resource on a team consisting of network & telecommunications engineers, administrators, and technicians.
This includes but is not limited to system design and integration, radio site identification, evaluation and zoning support, frequency planning, interference analysis, testing, deployment and performance optimization of Rf Conduct traffic analysis and optimization of existing radio networks.
Provides full life-cycle support for all network services; including the installation; tuning; testing; monitoring; operation; maintenance; upgrading; patching; break/fix; and management of designated network distribution systems and associated equipment; both garrison and deployed; for all levels of security classification.
