In this role, you will work closely with development on functional design and usability of design ensuring the adherence to requirements through build and work closely with testing (QA) department on test case review to insure business cases are covered during the quality control process.
The successful candidate will work closely with HR, Finance, and Technology clients across all Citi businesses and geographies; he/she will partner to develop process and systems solutions to support business and global reward/recognition strategies, including end-to-end operations of data analysis and reporting, award program planning, and the end-user experience.

In this role, you will be responsible to assist in the analysis, testing, implementation, and training of all custom workflows and CRM/TMT. Create training materials and provide training to end users as required. This includes formal classroom training, individual one-on-one training, and in-office directorate/executive officer training.
