In this role, you will be responsible all tax compliance for multiple states, coordinating tax audits and preparing presentations to the audit committee, preparing annual income tax provision, providing subject matter expertise regarding tax regulations (sales and use, federal, state and local) for the company, preparing financial statement tax related notes, and more.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing effective tax rate and cash taxes, leading quarterly and annual accounting for income taxes, overseeing federal and state tax audits, driving strategic tax planning, supporting and educating business units on tax issues, managing and mentoring the tax department, and more.
The Tax Manager is responsible for the compliance function on clients including supervising the preparation and technical review of corporate, partnership and personal income tax returns.
