In this role, you will provide expertise and direction in the development or modification of software programs / applications to enhance the effective delivery and implementation of solution(s) that meets customer requirement(s).
In this role, you will be responsible to maintains, administers, and installs network servers, services, and applications in accordance with standard Information Technology policies, processes, and procedures or as directed by IT management.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience with systems administration tasks (e.g. software and hardware installation and maintenance, file management, system troubleshooting, system accreditation support and system configurations).
In this role, the selected candidate will provide rapid response to customer trouble tickets and provide immediate feedback, including creation of user accounts, reset of user account passwords, and resolving user reported issues.
