This is an outside sales position where you be managing a book of business; at the onset you will be responsible for cold calling with intent of establishing this account base; this is a high activity relationship based sales role.
The Senior Sales Representative (SSR) is responsible for engaging health care professionals (HCPs) in face to face discussions to promote assigned client product(s), maximize the product(s) selling potential and meet program and Client objectives.
Work with agency staff, physicians, and other professional referral sources to ensure that patient services are delivered in a safe and effective manner, processes are followed, coordination of care is evident, and customer satisfaction is high.
Initiate and/or lead cross-functional teams to identify and analyze root cause and ensure resolution plans are executed to drive supply chain excellence. Develop cross functional relationship to help deliver consistent message to the customer on the CHEP customer value program.
The Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will professionally and ethically create, maintain and expand sales in designated territory assignment and provide continuing education and service to targeted physicians.
Ability to understand and prepare moderately complex written materials. Ability to communicate orally and in writing with all levels of professional and non-professional workers. Ability to work independently and to demonstrate initiative, judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
Selling service and maintenance contracts at required levels to obtain new units on maintenance agreements; retain current maintenance agreements at required levels through good customer service and selling on factors other than price.
