Work with Americas Sales team to build sufficient pipeline, accurately forecast on opportunities and ensure to have team keep this updated on salesforce.com (SFDC) to hit target based on the current pay plan (to be measured against current gap and period to YE) (Drive for Results).
This role will lead a team in establishing the overall roadmap and plan, developing specific business high level requirements, managing demand and prioritization and determining product and service strategy.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the execution of business development, ongoing business expansion (i.e. cross-sell and up-sell), and successful handoff of newly developed or expanded business to appropriate implementation personnel in such a fashion as to achieve corporate targets of market penetration.
