The Region Territory Manager is responsible for the successful promotion of approved products within the Ocular Therapeutix pipeline and helping define Ocular Therapeutix as a leader in the ophthalmology community.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing tactical and administrative management for the planning, development and controlling of activities to ensure sales and share increases for the district, while effectively utilizing budgeted funds allocated to all territories within the district and upholding and promoting corporate policies and objectives.

In this role, you will manage team of analysts responsible for reporting and analytics on customer and base revenue performance vs. prior year/forecast/budget, general market conditions, market share, and competitor pricing intel.
In this role, you will be responsible for disease, product, and formulary information in a manner that is truthful and non-misleading, consistent with Shire compliance policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
In this role, you will manages all aspects of the Human Resource operation in multiple locations within North Florida (Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville and the Panhandle); advises management on human resource management policies and practices to support company strategic success; collaborates with corporate HR team to modernize HR functions; and ensures company policies are compliant with all state and federal laws and regulations.
The Regional Sales Manager will manage the entire scope of the sales process and will work with executive leadership to develop and execute sales and sales strategies and is responsible for all phases of the sales process, final presentation and signed contract.
