In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement a formal client retention and client satisfaction strategy; build relationships with new customers and increase company's market share in the region (including groups such as risk management associations, trade associations, CPAs, wealth advisors).
Establishes and maintains standards for the mental health services team members, with focus on quality of patient care and service, accessibility to clients, client retention, and productivity of team members.
Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members. Manages field sales team members in the sale of the organizations products or services to specific existing named or strategic accounts on a national geographic basis.
Track benchmarks to assess outcomes (credentialing metrics). Compile and analyze costs on "contract to credential" and other relevant metrics. Track metrics monthly to optimize number of providers credentialed.
Track benchmarks to assess outcomes (scheduling metrics). Compile and analyze costs on "increased comp" and other relevant metrics. Track metrics monthly to optimize number of providers scheduled and to minimize payroll issues due to scheduling inaccuracies.
Establish, implement, train, and monitor maintenance guidelines for the maintenance teams, including, but not limited to, safety on the job, preventative maintenance, make ready, scheduling techniques, and HVAC.
