As the Account Executive Retail Sales, you will be responsible for the overall success and growth of Life Insurance within your assigned region. Your focus will be on recruiting, contracting and coordinating the successful training and activation of new relationships.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor outcomes and related reports to maintain the profitability and overall performance of payer relationships (including incremental volume projections, revenue projections, contract performance analysis, etc.).
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement a formal client retention and client satisfaction strategy; build relationships with new customers and increase company's market share in the region (including groups such as risk management associations, trade associations, CPAs, wealth advisors).
The regional sales director leads and directs a team of account managers (am) responsible for achieving annual sales revenue targets and product sales goals related to both home care and acute care respiratory products.
In this role, you will support commercial surety and small contract lines with hands - on knowledge of related tools, procedures and objectives. The selected candidate will identify opportunities and working with agencies to write new accounts.
