The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for an assigned corporate market where they will grow revenue and enhance competitive position through development and implementation of sales initiatives and local sales programs.
In this role, you will hire, train, motivate, and lead your team to meet and exceed their sales performance goals, and ensure that they prospect qualified leads, develop solid relationships, and negotiate and close deals.
The Regional Sales Manager, Pharma and OEM is responsible for the development of sales within a designated territory and to assigned accounts, selling MT PI Products in the United States to existing as well as prospective Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Pharma customers. Proposes and implements innovative ways to utilize MTs unique advantages to retain existing customers and grow market share by adding new customers.
The Regional Sales Manager will manage the entire scope of the sales process and will work with executive leadership to develop and execute sales and sales strategies and is responsible for all phases of the sales process, final presentation and signed contract.
Assist and collaborate with marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns identifying the successful initiatives, constantly updating and improving strategies to ensure achievement of goals.
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for meeting or exceeding the territorys orders budget, discovering new opportunities and customers, while cultivating a relationship and assessing their needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will use the necessary phone and field selling skills to sell our products and services to our customers, maintain strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.
