The Hardware Quality Engineer will use analytical tools and methods to: improve product design; minimize inspection; solve fabrication problems;complete such specialized quality functions as data preparation, analyses, and reporting.
Software QA Testing new development and updates to Masonites customer catalog for wholesale and retail, along with all website development testing in a acceptance test driven development and Agile environment.

The role will be responsible for establishing or modifying QA processes and practices, ensuring adherence to the processes and practices, and for tracking and reporting on testing progress and defects.
Identify root causes and associated corrective actions, evaluate process/product performance, and participate/interface with the engineering counterparts on program activities to assure processes and products are compliant to contractual and company requirements.
Ensure that testing is well defined, planned and executed. The analyst does this by ensuring that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live.
The Quality Engineer Outage Services will support the Quality System needs of the Outage Services Division and provide a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices while supporting the Divisions overall business objectives.
