In this role, the selected candidate identifies and investigates data quality issues which may be escalated from a variety of sources (e.g., through internal data quality monitoring, account managers, consumer disputes, Compliance, etc.) and work with appropriate teams to correct and prevent issue recurrence.
The Candidate will work with lead test engineers or program manager to get the requirements, design, develop software components to automate the test cases and help integrate them into DevOps, Agile methodologies used in the Software Development Life Cycle process.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for conducting root-cause analyses on QC review results to recommend remedial or follow-up actions to Risk Process Managers and Team Leads; assisting with the development and reporting of QC review metrics for distribution to Risk Process Managers, Team Leads, analysts and other designated personnel.
