In this role, the selected candidate will provide technical support before, during and after system installation. Be able to quickly and efficiently answer questions or provide source information to the customer/end user regarding his or her system. Provide in-house software support and assist in maintenance of existing system software.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients; 4-7 years of IT experience in software development in developing web applications and client/server applications.
Adheres to testing standards within scripts and mentors other team members to follow such standards. Adheres up to date testing methodologies (such as BDD and TDD) and tools to implement methodologies.
