In this role, the selected candidate will communicate with tenants to address, resolve or enforce the lease and any concerns, requests, or problems. Respond to and resolve tenant concerns/requests in an expedient manner, including acting on call for after hour emergencies.
The purpose of this position is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish property objectives as set forth by the regional manager and avesta. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and property values.
Ensure compliance with tenant leases, regulatory items and management contracts; provide positive service responses to requests from tenants; conduct inspections and recommend alterations and maintenance of the property and oversee work as necessary.
The Community Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day managing and coordinating of Association operations and administrative functions in order to maintain a smooth running & properly functioning Community.
