The Project Manager is responsible and accountable for complete project execution including the clarification of ambiguous scope, defining/executing work plans and successfully navigating a constantly changing environment.
The Project Manager leads all phases of their assigned projects including requirements definition, project estimation, creation of project plans, facilitation of project meetings, status reporting, and resource management/deliverable management as related to their individual projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop risk analyses for each project, including critical dependencies and contingency plans; develop a dashboard and report project statuses to IT Management.
In this role you will ability to quickly grasp technology concepts and translate their value to customers. Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing business environment and priorities. Must have the ability to utilize political skills to cope with conflict.
The Project Manager works closely with vendors/contractors assigned to their campaigns, managing them within scope and budget, as well as assuring their elements are executed on-quality (tactical) and on-time in support of the overarching campaign deliverable.
In this role, the selected candidate oversees the implementation of solutions for a broad range of technology roadblocks including those affecting desktop computers, laptop computers, headsets, instant messaging software, etc. so that employees can serve the organizations membership on uninterrupted on a daily basis.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the communication through the implementation lifecycle and work with the stakeholders and internal technology teams to ensure that published plans are on track to meet the project requirements.
