In this role you will lead individual strategic sourcing efforts to include: documenting requirements, determine best sourcing approach, identifying potential sources, writing the rfp, facilitating proposal evaluations, conducting negotiations and ultimately signing agreements to provide products, and services associated with the category, in support of all raytheon businesses.
