In this role, you will work in collaboration with the Reserve Support Command (RSC) Surgeons to facilitate identification of the Medically Not Ready (MNR) population, ensure assessment of the MNR population and will coordinate with unit leaders and available medical options to determine what the MNR Soldiers need.
