The role of the Senior Manager Program Office is to provide leadership, organization and coordination to support Program Management Office (PMO)s key activities, including project portfolio management, hands on management of all SCM strategic initiatives, project delivery of SCM technology investments and program planning.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Subcontract Managers and Procurement Representatives and is responsible for all cost, schedule and technical risk with the APACHE supply base.
